Services

Everything between theload board and the paycheck.

Dispatch is more than finding a load. It is the calls, the negotiating, the packets, the check calls and the paperwork after delivery. We do all of it.

Load search & booking

We work the load boards and our broker relationships all day so you do not have to do it from a truck stop. The goal is simple: your next load is lined up before you deliver the current one.

  • Loads matched to your equipment, lanes and home time
  • Reloads planned from where you deliver
  • Miles, weight, commodity and appointment times checked up front
  • Nothing booked without your yes

Rate negotiation

Posted rates are a starting point. We know what a lane is paying and we negotiate every load — including the extras that are easy to leave on the table.

  • Rate per mile negotiated against current market on the lane
  • Detention, layover, lumper and tarp pay agreed before you roll
  • Your minimum rate respected — we do not bring you cheap freight
  • Rate confirmation checked line by line before you sign

Broker setup & paperwork

Every new broker means a carrier packet. We fill them out, send your documents and keep everything on file so setup takes minutes, not an afternoon.

  • Carrier packets and broker onboarding completed for you
  • Broker credit and payment history checked before booking
  • Rate confirmations sent to you and filed
  • Insurance certificates requested and sent where needed

Billing support

Delivered is not the same as paid. We collect your paperwork and get it where it needs to go so the invoice goes out the same day.

  • BOLs and PODs collected after every delivery
  • Paperwork submitted to your broker or factoring company
  • Accessorials documented so they actually get paid
  • Follow-up on short pays and missing payments
05

Week & route planning

A good week is planned on Sunday, not found on Wednesday. Your dispatcher builds the week around your hours, your home time and the lanes that pay.

  • Weekly plan shared before you start rolling
  • Loads sequenced to keep empty miles down
  • Hours of service and appointment times kept realistic
  • Home time booked in, not hoped for
06

24/7 road support

Things go wrong at 2 a.m. at a receiver, not at noon in an office. When they do, you call us and we make the calls.

  • Check calls and tracking updates handled with the broker
  • Detention and layover claimed while the clock is running
  • Reschedules, TONU and cancelled loads dealt with — and replaced
  • A real person who knows your load, any hour
